I am sorry for any probelms related to the picture as it is not very clear but I will try my best to explain how it works in only words. I wanted to post another picture but an error occured. I was also not able to post any pictures of it completed as it broke, now I only have the design as proof that I made it. Here's how it works - There is a cubodical box which is hollow on two sides opposite to each other. The sides which are not hollow have one hole in each of them. Through this hole, a rod passes which has two cams fixed in it from inside the box. These two cams are 'opposite' I mean that the holes in the cams where the rod passes is not in the center, but at one end. By saying 'opposite,I mean that when the rod is rotated, one cam has it's side which is 'bigger' on the top and the other has it's in the bottom(refer to picture for more explaination). The coin holders are sort of packets which have coins in them. Each of the coin holders have a tab at each end which is glued at one end of the boxes. So one end is glued and the other end is spents all it's weight on the cams. The system of the push rod (not in picture) is a bit difficult to explain so please also go to 'http://www.instructables.com/id/Agreeable-Sheep/'. I had the insipiration of making this from that site.
The system of the push rod here is slightly different, instead of the push rod going up through a hole in the 'roof' (it also has a tab at one end, I forgot to mention that), only the tab on it's top end goes through a slit in the 'roof' and is glued to a cardboard rectangle when it's through. The rectangle keeps it from falling down. It should also be able to slide in the slit in the 'roof'. You have to do this twice to make the inside of the box complete. Just remember that the cams have to be 'opposite' as earlier mentioned.
To make the outside of the box you have to make the two legs as shown. The legs must have two holes on the top of them, a wire or any other rod must be put through these holes. You can also make two wire with loops on their end the other end s without the loops should be put in the top of the box. The ends of the rod which was in the holes of the legs should be threaded in these holes. To make the body (which isn't in the picture) you just have to make a wire support for body (as shown) and make the body (not shown) using anything. To finish it, you just have to make a handle which is given in the site I have mentioned above. To operate it, you just have to turn handle.
If you have any doubts about its design, do not hesitate to ask in the comments.
Please post some nice descriptive image next time.
